Children's Ministries Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for theirs is the Kingdom of God. Matthew  19:14 The vision of Friendship UMC is to grow as disciples. Friendship has made children's ministry a priority. Come and grow with us! Kids Adventure  A rotation model Sunday school program. Children K– 5th grade have “hands on” access as they learn about God’s grace and love through 5 different and exciting stations. Stations include Storytelling, Movie, Art, Music, Cooking, Mission. A combination of PowerXpress and Live Big Sunday school curriculum is utilized to enhance the learning process. Join us Sundays at 10:00 a.m in room7.
 Praise Kids An exciting & innovative choir, chimes & dance program that teaches children how to praise God and provides the children ages K- 5th grade opportunities to participate in worship services. Become a Praise Kid today!
Join us every Sunday at 11:00 a.m after Childrens' Time.
Godly Cubs All children ages 3 and under join us in the Godly Cubs nursery fun Christian lessons & activities. This program will not only provide caring childcare for your child during worship, but will also provide Christian formation and spiritual direction for the children, as they begin their spiritual journey with God. The Godly Tikes nursery is located below the sanctuary on the first floor. Join us every Sunday from 10:00- 12:30
Parent's Morning Out Do you need some free time??
Children 4 and under are welcome for free play, crafts, snack, and special activities. This program is a ministry to the community so it is free of charge. We follow Fairfax County School schedule and inclement weather policy.
Join us every Wednesday from 9:30 –11:30 a.m.
